The bulls will be penned at the sale complex from 7.30am on sale morning.  Inspection any other time is welcome by appointment.

Breakfast with the stars is provided from 7.30am, and catering throughout the day.

GST
The auction price is exclusive of GST.  Eg if the bull is knocked down for $5000, you will be charged $5500.

A freight free service to Sale and Mansfield. Beyond these destinations will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

There is a free service to Lucindale, SA, via major towns on a direct route. All onward freight arrangements for state and interstate

destinations from those mentioned above will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

NSW & QUEENSLAND

A freight free service to Roma, Queensland, going through Walgett and Dubbo. Onward freight arrangements from Dubbo or

intermediate points will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

TASMANIA, KING & FLINDERS ISLANDS

Freight assistance of $200 per bull purchased.

To make use of this offer and service, it is essential purchasers notify Te Mania Angus before making any other freight arrangements.

This service cannot be made available to purchasers who have already contracted for freight before talking to Te Mania Angus. All other destinations are arranged at low cost to the purchaser.

NEW & UPDATED 2026 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE 

Physical Ownership and Semen Interests    

All bulls sold by Te Mania Angus are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The sale of all bulls by Te Mania Angus conveys physical ownership and the right to the salvage value of the bull.
2. Ownership of all bulls sold by Te Mania Angus is restricted to a maximum of two herds, which must be formally nominated on the Buyer Registration Slip prior to the auction.
3. Purchasers of the bulls are entitled to sell semen externally, beyond the nominated ownership.
4. All bulls offered by Te Mania Angus are sold on the condition that Te Mania Angus is entitled to thirty percent (30%) of the gross revenue derived from all semen sales to parties outside of the nominated ownership noted in clause 2.
5. Te Mania Angus reserves the right to collect semen at a future date for the purpose of use within its own herd and for progeny testing within Team Te Mania commercial herds. Such semen collection shall be conducted at the expense of Te Mania Angus and at a time mutually agreeable to the purchaser.
6. Should the bull be subsequently re-sold, these terms and conditions shall remain in effect and carry forward. The current owner may only transfer the bull provided the subsequent purchaser formally accepts these conditions.
7. There may be bulls that Te Mania Angus would sell the full semen marketing rights to the new owners. Please contact Te Mania Angus to discuss prior to purchase.

OUR GUARANTEE 

Any Te Mania Angus bull that proves to be structurally unsound, infertile or incapable of service is guaranteed for up to three years from date of sale. Under these circumstances Te Mania Angus will:

1. Replace the bull with a satisfactory substitute if available, or
2. Issue a refund equal to the value remaining*, less salvage value.  See below

The guarantee covers the purchase value of the bull, without interest, cost and damages.  The guarantee applies only if the bull’s incapacity is not caused by injury or disease contracted since leaving Te Mania.  

*The value remaining is calculated on the basis that the value reduces by one third of the purchase price for each year of service from the sale date.  A veterinary certificate must be supplied by the purchaser on request.

 If any bull purchased does not possess a reasonable fertility, although not totally infertile, any dispute arising shall be settled by an arbitrator appointed by the auctioneers and must be lodged within 12 calendar months from date of sale.

This guarantee is in addition to the normal terms and conditions governing auction sales.  We recommend all purchasers discuss injury insurance of their bulls at the sale with Elders or their Agent.
