Now in its twelfth year, the Zanda McDonald Award is one of the most respected honours in Australasian agribusiness. Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 21–35, the award is designed to elevate emerging leaders across the primary sector. Each year, one winner from each country receives a fully tailored education, training, and mentoring program, including time with some of the most influential industry leaders on both sides of the Tasman.

To be eligible, applicants must be aged 21–35 (as of October 31, 2025) and actively working in the agribusiness sector in Australia or New Zealand.
