Team Te Mania Angus steer weaners which are rarely sold as backgrounders. A large % of these steers are sired by Industry leading A.I sires (see sire links below). The A.I Sires are mostly in the top 10 % of the breed for IMF % an top 30 % of the breed for grain fed index. These are cold country Tablelands bred steers that have been yard weaned and fed oaten/lucerne silage and DCS pellets in mix in bunker feeders for 5-6 weeks . Weaners have had a full health treatment of vaccinations & drenches at weaning. They are showing all the attributes of the Angus cattle breeders, Team Te Mania breeding program.
