Come and to see and hear about the research and testing behind the scenes at Te Mania Angus, Mortlake. During this week, Jim Green will be scanning all yearling cattle for Eye Muscle Area (EMA), Rib and Rump Fat and Intra Muscular Fat (IMF).
Tom Gubbins and Hamish McFarlane invite you to see the scanning and the latest technology Clippex cattle crush in action. They will chat about how these scanning measurements contribute to increasing genetic value in breeding programs. Farm tours will be available.
