COW and calf producers should not forget the end consumer and traits that are important throughout the whole value chain, when making breeding decisions.
This was the message from Te Mania Angus director Tom Gubbins at a forum attended by about 70 cattle producers at Mortlake last week, reports Kate Dowler, WeeklyTimesNow.
