In 1995, Thring Pastoral Company began integrating Te Mania Angus genetics into their herd by purchasing their first bull from Te Mania Angus. Over the subsequent 17 years, the herd transitioned to being predominantly of Te Mania bloodlines. This strategic move was driven by the superior performance of Te Mania genetics, which have kept Thring Pastoral Company at the forefront of genetic improvement and consistently produced a product that attracts premium market prices.
