We are proud to present 59 two-year-old bulls that are powered by the Te Mania Angus Advantage. Quality data, recorded with discipline and at scale, makes the difference. It underpins the confidence buyers place in Te Mania genetics and drives genetic progress in your herd.
Designed for commercial producers, the balanced EBVs of these sires are bred to boost key profit-driving traits, making them ideal for breeding herds that target meat quality, marbling and growth. The sale line-up features:
- Birth Weight Ave: +3.0, ranked in the top 30% of the breed
- 600 Day Growth Ave: +123 combined with a moderated mature cow weight of +100
- IMF% Ave: +4.6%, with 34 of 59 bulls ranked in the top 15% of the breed
- Days to Calving Ave: -6.0, ranked in the top 30% of the breed
- More than 56% of the bulls are suitable for use over heifers
Five bulls in this catalogue have been used in our own joining program. They are lots 21, 22, 23, 24 and 30. It is the first time we have offered sires used in the Te Mania Angus breeding program at auction, since Te Mania Emperor in 2011.
