The 2025 World Angus Forum is set to bring together Angus producers, breeders, researchers, and innovators from around the world for a two-day event at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on 7–8 May. With the theme “Beef for a Better Planet,” the Forum will explore how genetics, technology, and innovation are shaping more sustainable and profitable beef production into the future.
Proudly supported by co-sponsor Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), the Forum will feature a standout lineup of speakers including former Wallabies captain and respected business leader John Eales AM, alongside leading industry experts such as Simon Corah, Dr Anneline Padayachee, Michael McQueen, and Simon Quilty. Presentations and panel sessions will delve into the latest in ag-tech, data-driven decision-making, and the power of strategic Angus breeding programs to enhance productivity and long-term profitability across the supply chain.
Beyond the conference room, the World Angus Forum offers an exceptional opportunity to connect with global leaders in the Angus industry. Social events include a Welcome Function on 6 May at the Norman Hotel and the Neogen Gala Dinner at The Star Brisbane on 7 May – both providing a relaxed setting to network, exchange ideas, and build lasting connections.
Te Mania Angus will be in attendance. Farm Managers Ed Gubbins and Sam Reid are heading to Brisbane and would love to connect with fellow breeders and commercial producers. If you’re interested in how Te Mania Angus genetics are helping build more profitable beef production systems – from fertility and efficiency through to market-focused carcase traits – don’t hesitate to catch up with them.
Te Mania Angus is committed to delivering results through data-backed, forward-focused Angus breeding programs that support the productivity and profitability of commercial herds.
