Duncan Clowes of Valdemar, near Millthorpe, NSW (pictured in main image) in what was a sacrifice paddock until February this year. In now, oats, clover, rye and a spreading phalaris pasture planted in the 1950s, heifers on Valdemar look relaxed and comfortable.
At any given time there’s a lot going at Valdemar, a 1200-hectare spread of hill country just outside Millthorpe, NSW.
