In his recent trip to the UK, Tom Gubbins addressed the British Beef Breeders Conference about using technology to streamline and produce beef more efficiently.
Drawing on his experience of performance recording 3,500 registered cattle at one time, in the Te Mania Angus herd, at Mortlake, Australia, Tom warned of how preparing cattle for showing distorts valuable data.
